The Militia Immaculata is a world-wide evangelization movement founded by St. Maximilian Kolbe in 1917. It encourages a total consecration to Mary Immaculate as a means of spiritual renewal for individuals and society. The Militia Immaculata is a Vatican approved public association.
The Militia Immaculata uses prayer as the main weapon in the spiritual battle with evil. Members become willing instruments of Our Lady; who is the handmaid of the Lord, and the immaculate instrument of God; and work towards the conversion and sanctification of all souls.
